USER DATA DELETION
If you would like us to delete the data we process about you in connection with our WhatsApp Business services, please follow these steps:
- Write to info@simplessolution.com with the subject «Data deletion».
- Provide the phone number associated with your WhatsApp account.
- We will verify your ownership before proceeding, in order to prevent deletions requested by third parties.
What is deleted: your WhatsApp identifier, your phone number, the status of your call permissions and the associated communication metadata.
Timeframe: we handle your request within the periods required by applicable law. Communication metadata is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymised.
